foreign universities: adult education Biberach University of Applied
Sciences: psychology of organisation,
theory of decision and decision practice,
adviser to students suffering from anxieties about their low performance
and other learning difficulties.
22 years as a head teacher (Oberstudiendirektor) in one of the
biggest and most outstanding educational centers of Baden-Württemberg,
having at the same time a second job (officially approved by the
governmental board of Baden-Württemberg) as a lecturer at Moscow
University.
After reaching the age of “busy retirement”
honorary professor for adult education at Pitesti University (Romania)

lecturer at Biberach University of Applied Sciences for the psychology
of organisation and the theory of decision and decision

Further activities for the Ulm Chamber of Industry and Commerce:
Adviser to the project “Finding and Promoting Talents and Interests in
the Scientific-Technological Field”.
In this context:
Development of a concept for further education for teachers at senior
high schools in the subjects of science and technology and for the
participation in an internet platform for teachers, students and
companies
Publication of 17 books on psychological, educational,
theological and scientific
subjects with a total print run of 400.000 copies;
very numerous articles, lectures, papers.
For 35 years chairman of the “Network of Professional Further Education” in the district of Biberach.
